This is my second batch I have bought from your company and I'm very disappointed. When I received the Extensions one of the clips that was suppose to be sowed on was missing so I had to do it myself. Second the colors did not match you sent me 2 different colors and one of the pair of extensions seemed heavier then the other one. I just don't understand how you would think I wouldn't notice? I understand that I got a discount on one of the extensions because of the special you where having but If I buy 2 pair of the same extensions I would want them to match my hair and not one be lighter then the other one.
The hair was nice but I ordered the wrong color. I chose to keep it anyway because of the cost to ship it back. I think you should offer free return shipping, especially when I paid almost $200 for the hair
I would definitely and have bought from this site more than once! Absolutely love them. They fit so well, are adjustable, blend well, and are comfortable!
I got the number 18# Dirty Blonde 20" and had no idea if they would blend or not but they were actually really close! A little too yellow/rose-y toned but I had them washed/toned/curled today and they look great! My hairstylist even asked for the link.
