Our 100% Remy human hair extensions can last for six months or much longer when given the best possible care. Extend the life of your extensions by detangling, washing and conditioning them often. Setting heat styling tools to low to medium heat when you use them can also help your extensions remain in good condition longer.

Tape in hair extensions are a quick and easy way to increase your hair’s length and dimension. When cared for properly tape in hair extensions can be worn safely with no damage to your own hair. When wearing tape in extensions avoid products that contain oil and hydrating shampoos and conditioners because they may weaken the bond of your extensions leaving you with unwanted damage

Yes. 100% Remy human hair extensions can be washed and blow dried daily. You can use the same shampoos and conditioners designed for own hair to wash your extensions or opt for products specifically formulated for hair extensions. When you’re done towel dry your extensions then blow dry and style your hair.

How often you wash your extensions is a matter of preference. Because our hair extensions are made of the highest quality Remy human hair available they can be treated like your very own hair. Since your extensions aren't subject to the oils produced by your scalp the way your natural hair is, you don’t have to wash them as often. As a general rule, the less you wash your extensions the longer they will last. 

Yes. You can swim, exercise or take part in any sport or physical activity if you take proper steps to protect your extensions. Protect your extensions from the damaging effects of the chlorine present in pools by wearing a swimming cap or washing and conditioning your extensions immediately after leaving the water.

Yes. Because our extensions are made of the finest quality Remy human hair they can receive the same color treatments that are applied to your own hair. You can have them colored professionally or color them on your own. Use caution when applying color and do the procedure in a well ventilated area.

Yes. When done properly hair extensions can be worn while sleeping without concern about damage to your hair or to the extensions. Secure your extensions with clips, in a braid, a ponytail or under a satin bonnet to minimize movement before heading to sleep to keep your extensions looking fresh and to eliminate stress on your own hair.

Flat irons, blow dryers, curling irons and other heat styling tools can be used on our 100% Remy human hair extensions at certain temperatures without causing long term damage. Set heat styling tools to low to medium temperatures to achieve your desired style and to preserve the health of your extensions.

Remove knots and tangles from extensions and prevent them from forming by detangling regularly. Spray extensions with a fine mist of water or apply a detangling product then use a fine toothed comb to comb gently from the ends to the roots loosening any tangled areas as you work your way through the hair.

It will take 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. For USA, it takes around 1-3 days for delivery. For Europe, it takes around 2-4 days. More details, pls refer to our Shipping Policy.

We will try our best to assist you to get your package found. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items as well as addresses that are incorrect. You will have to file a claim with the carrier and we will assist. It is important you verify all information before placing your order.
