1. We only ship from Monday to Friday, We will update the tracking number once we ship your order.
2. You can find your tracking number at your email.
3. All the order will be fulfilled 1-2 days, in 24 hours most of the time, so you could try to track your order after 48 Hours later.
4. Please allow 1 - 3 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

If there was a delivery attempt made for your package but you haven’t received it yet, please follow the steps below: Please look in your mailbox and front door handle to see if the package was left. Also please ask your neighbour. If still didn’t find the package, please contact us at laura@amazingbeautyhair.com and we’ll be happy to help you further.
Sorry, we cannot request to carriers the time in which a package is delivered. Please input a shipping address that you know yourself or someone will be available to accept the package for you.
