Q3. Are these reusable with new tape? A3. Yes, the tapes are reusable with re-tab tape when you are in need of a move up.
Q4. How long the lifespan of the tape? A4. Installation generally lasts 4 weeks, longer depending on how often you wash your hair, how fast your hair grows, etc.
Q5. Do i have to remove them every-time i wash the hair? A5. Nope! Definitely not! You leave them installed until you feel they need to be removed!

To get the maximum use out of the hair we generally recommend you wash your hair twice a week and try not to use products that have a high amount of additives and wax in them. Moroccoil and Amika are the top two brands of products that work really well with our hair! Definitely stay away from heavy oils, a light oil is the best kind to use! Again, the best oil is going to be a Moroccoil or Amika oil. You can use heat and everything as normal, so no worries there!
One pack got super dry and frizzy and gross where as the other, felt great, and had the same care. Im just confused and would like some more hair sent please!
I have had these in for over 2 weeks now and they are still looking and feeling really good. I also put them in by myself which wasn't too hard once you get the hang of it.
I've bought these extensions before but as before, the customer service is AWFUL. My first order, the tape would not stick at all. I contacted CS and they only thing they could do was mail me more tape. Which i never got. So i bought my own tape and had to spend my own time replacing the tape. The 2nd set i got from Amazon. The color wasn't exactly what i needed but i made it work. The last set i got were supposed to be rooted and look NOTHING like the online photo. After CS consistantly tried to help with the color issue and responded in a timely manner, the second i ask to exchange for a darker color, they never responded. This is a shame because the quality of the hair along with the price is great.
